Plunger globe valves

1.  We take forging and casting techniques to make the shell whose outside is smooth and homogeneous. It can fill the requirement of high temperature and high pressure. We also can supply the clients by all series of completely forged steel gate valve. 
2. Special materials are compounded to ensure the high rigidity as well as its difference in rigidity. The surface of disc and seat are critically burnished so that they are very abrading endurable and anticorrosive and looked like the mirror which prolonged the circle of use.

We take the design of using special corrode delay packing in the valves structure which are high temperature and high pressure durable and can self-lubricate which can decrease the friction in the opening and closing process, besides that ,the unique design avoids the corruption of the surface of the stem so that the upper leakage is prevented.
7. Both heading pressure bear sealing design can satisfy the various special work conditions
8. , Our strict manually burnishing assures the 90 percents inosculation of the sealing faces in the two sides which help our delivery inspection standard of bubble level sealing.
9.The special design for Z60 series of wedge flexible slot automatically compensates the process error. The design make it possible for the valves to work in high temperature but will not block and jam.Z62Y series are double-wedge designed whose wedge can rectify the process error automatically and can keep 100 percents inosculation especially is convenient to maintain and repair.
